Headline:	partial size spanned array works but yo can not specify any other option while creating the array.
Description:	SAS/CLI is able to create partial size spanned array. But in windows and DOS you can not specify any other options like stripesize/wb/cached along with size. For Linux everything works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:	run following commands to create spanned arrays. Megacli -cfgspanadd -r10 -array0[x:y,x:z] -array1[x:a,x:b] -sz50000 -a0 this will work. Now run following command to create same size array but with wb.adra,direct and stripesize of 512mb. Megacli -cfgspanadd -r10 -array0[x:y,x:z] -array1[x:a,z:b] -wb -adra -direct -strpsz512 -sz50000 -a0 above command does not work for DOS and Windows CLI but it works for Linux CLI.
